We may be trodden down and roughly shod,
But the ponies of the Earth are breed
That is surpassed by no other. The Gods
Have smiled upon all our foals, mares, and steeds.
Unicorns once called us dirty, but we
Are at home in the dirt and enjoy
Its bounty. The Pegasi may decree
Themselves Lords of sky, but rock can destroy
Fluff in ten seconds flat on any day.
Some mine for gems, others have a Rainbow
Factory, but we have food and the way
Into Everfree is paved with our ploughs.
And we are friends even to those that harm--
Trust us, earth welcomes you with open arms.
